Already Have a Visa?

If you already have a US visa, please check its expiration date to make sure your visa won’t expire before or during your travel dates.

Don’t Have a Visa Yet?

If you don’t possess a US visa, you may need one to enter the country. Please check the US State Department website to determine whether a visa is required.

If you should require a visa, contact a US embassy or consulate in your country to determine visa processing times. Advance travel planning is important, because visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past.

A letter of invitation doesn’t guarantee the issuance of a visa. The decision to issue a visa is the judgment of your local US embassy or consulate. VAI is unable to assist with visa processing and can’t provide financial support for travel, registration fees, or local expenses.
