What are the registration rates for VERTICON 2025?

How do I register to attend VERTICON 2025?
You can register for VERTICON 2025 online, by mail, or on-site at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (see “How do I submit my attendee registration?” below). We strongly recommend that all attendees register online to save time and money. Early-bird rates end at midnight on Jan. 17, 2025.
Can I attend VERTICON 2025 even if I’m not a member of VAI?
Both VAI members and nonmembers are welcome to attend VERTICON 2025. However, VAI members receive a discounted rate. Not a member? Join VAI today and receive your discounted rate.
How do I submit my attendee registration?
You can register for VERTICON 2025 in one of four ways:
- Online. Visit the VERTICON 2025 registration page
- Fax. Print out and complete this registration form and fax it to +1 703 683 4745
- Mail. Print out and complete this registration form and mail it to:

We strongly urge you to spend less time waiting in line on-site and register online early. Early-bird rates end at midnight on Jan. 17, 2025.
Note: VAI cannot accept registrations over the phone.
What type of payments are accepted for VERTICON 2025 registration?
We accept all major forms of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) for online, fax, mail, and on-site registration. If registering by mail, you may also submit a personal check with your printed registration form.
How do I register my spouse?
A spouse who accompanies a full registrant may register at the Spouse rate, which includes all the benefits of a full, three-day registration. Learn more about the Spouse rate on our Attendee Rates page.
Does VAI offer a student registration rate?
Students 15 to 17 years of age who wish to register to attend VERTICON 2025 may do so at a discounted rate. Learn more about the Student rate on our Attendee Rates page.
Students will be required to document their status by either uploading a document of proof when registering online or showing proof when registering on-site. VAI accepts as proof of student status one of the following:
- School ID card
- Letter on school letterhead signed by the student’s advisor or instructor
- Tuition receipt demonstrating current enrollment.
Note: we highly recommend that students register online to avoid waiting in line on-site.
May I bring my child or children to VERTICON 2025?
Children are more than welcome to attend VERTICON 2025. Registration for children ages 14 and under is free; however, the child must wear a youth badge, which you may pick up at the Attendee Registration area on-site. All children (anyone under 18) must be accompanied by a registered adult.
For your safety, strollers are not allowed in the exhibit hall at any time. No exceptions will be made. Please make arrangements to leave strollers in the coat/bag check area.
Children are not allowed on the show floor during exhibitor move-in or move-out.
Does VAI offer a military registration rate?
VAI offers a discounted rate for active-duty military personnel. Please refer to the Active Military rates listed on the Attendee Rates page.
Can I make changes to my attendee registration?
VAI will accept changes to attendee registrations through Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. No changes will be accepted after that time.
I left my attendee badge in my hotel room—now what?
We would be more than happy to reprint your attendee badge at the Attendee Registration desk.
What is VAI’s cancellation policy for attendee registrations?
If for some reason you need to cancel your VERTICON 2025 registration, please email VERTICON@verticalavi.org by midnight Jan. 17, 2025, to receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Jan. 17, 2025.
I received a promo code from an exhibitor. How do I register using this code?
To register, please follow the instructions in the email that you received. This offer is valid for one-time use by the email recipient only when accessed via the link provided in the email. If you are unable to find the email, please contact the exhibitor who invited you so the exhibitor can resend it. Your registration is a complimentary exhibit hall–only pass that is valid for all three days the exhibit hall is open, Mar. 11–13.

Does VAI have a housing bloc in and around Dallas?
VAI has secured discounted rates through our official hotel provider, onPeak, at a selection of hotels near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. Book early for the best selection and price.
How do I make my hotel reservations for VERTICON 2025?
To book your housing accommodations online, please visit our Hotel & Housing page.
If you’re making a reservation for a group (more than 25 room nights), or a suite, please fill out the group request form or the suite request form, as appropriate. VAI’s hotel provider, onPeak, will work with you to accommodate your needs.
