Assignment of Space – Lottery System
VERTICON uses a randomized lottery system. Lottery 1 is for 2026 exhibitors; Lottery 2 is for all others. VAI member companies are placed first in each stage.

Apr. 27, 2026: Applications Open
Jun. 26, 2026: Lottery 1 Deadline
Jul. 31, 2026: Lottery 1 Confirmations
Aug. 24, 2026: Lottery 2 Deadline
Sept. 23, 2026: Lottery 2 Confirmations
Mar. 15, 2027: Applications Close
Lottery 1 & 2 Eligibility and Stages
Most booth assignments are determined by two separate lotteries, one for VERTICON 2026 exhibitors and one for all other companies. Each lottery has multiple stages, based on your 2027 exhibit space purchase. In each stage, VAI Member companies are placed first.

- Support VAI via sponsorships/advertising
- Participate in VAI regional events

After Lottery Assignments
Once the Lottery Two application period ends, applications are processed in the order in which they are received with full payment.

| When all Lottery 2 exhibitors have been placed, companies that apply after the Lottery 2 application deadline will be assignment space in the order in which their applications are received. To be assigned space, the exhibit fee must be paid in full. |
